@jogbert And being sick at the same time, just to add to that. I presume you get the next week off because of this?

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert I got a Røde VideoMic for christmas, so I am mostly tempted to do some video, especially with the HDR video Magic Latern provides

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert I am thinking of bringing my camera with me tonight, and see if I can get any good shots. Get better though :/

I wonder how the fireworks will look tonight, if the fog doesn't disappear before then...

@jogbert What kind of music? Lately I've listened to The Black Keys (Blues Rock), The Roots (Hip-Hop) and Darkness Falls (Electro Pop)

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert It must be the obvious next step then, unless they go for Active X ;)

@jogbert An interface which requires Silver Light?

via Twitter for Android in reply to jogbert

via web in reply to gausby

@gausby Fedt! Men det var da ikke så længe du var ved ing så?

via web in reply to gausby

@confluence Yes, but that doesn't help with the extra styling I get in Confluence documents when I copy/paste text into the editor...

via web in reply to confluence

@jogbert You thought about buying gifts, that has to count :P

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert It's the thought that counts, right?

via web in reply to jogbert

@alexalbrecht Nah, I also finished my shopping today, so you are good :)

via web in reply to alexalbrecht

@jogbert If pkg.oi.o get's GeoDNS'ed it would be nice with a monitoring system which updates the DNS servers config based on updated mirrors

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert Yeah, it's pretty simple to set up things in, and works well together with JSON :P

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert It might be easier to parse the JSON data directly though: pkg.openindiana.org/dev/status/0/ - A Nodejs app could also do the monitoring instead

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert Do you know if you can add your own way of adding ways mirmon can monitor servers? pkgrepo info -s http://pkg.oi.o/ could be used

via web

via web in reply to gausby

via web in reply to gausby

I am missing the non-WYSIWYG editor in Confluence 4.x :(

via web in reply to davsebamse

Perhaps I should start my christmas gift shopping soon? Nah, there's an entire week left to do that...

via web

@EwanToo It's working better now ;)

via web in reply to EwanToo

@EwanToo By the way, in my testing "curl -I <hostname>" was a big help in troubleshooting. It has no caching and shows the headers received

via web in reply to EwanToo

@EwanToo You're welcome. I just thought I would let you know :)

via web in reply to EwanToo

@EwanToo I get redirected to ewanleith.com:8888/blog/ which doesn't respond. I have used a Ubuntu PPA for up to date Ubuntu packages for nginx

via web in reply to EwanToo

@EwanToo It doesn't seem like you are done. Your website don't work for me at least. Also, why should I use lighttpd over nginx?

via web in reply to EwanToo

The coolest thing about this, is that I can easily add a Node.js service on a sub-domain, with only 4-5 lines of config file

via web

I have managed to migrate the websites on my server from Apache to nginx tonight, it aren't a lot, but I think it's pretty cool :)

via web

@gausby Jeg er ikke misundelig. Jeg er ikke misundelig. Jeg er ikke misundelig. Jeg er... misundelig :(

via web in reply to gausby

I think I have to look further into using nginx this weekend. It's pretty neat, fast and have clean configuration files compared to Apache

I am considering to follow @GodsWordIsLaw here on Twitter, simply because of all the far-out things he posts are good humor!

via web

@sevanjaniyan I found one that worked, so there are no worries

via web in reply to sevanjaniyan

@jogbert I did found one that worked. There are around 100 people on the list, which I find hard to believe considering the traffic...

via web

@jogbert The mailman password for oi-infra is not on the wiki, otherwise I could check how many people who are subscribed to it :P

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert It was not aimed at you, I don't know how many people who are on the oi-infra list, but perhaps I should ask on oi-dev instead

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert Thank you, I haven't gotten much feedback on the mailing list, and only one guy responded on IRC last night :P

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert Did you have a chance to see the DLC frontpage suggestion I made? files.tenzer.dk/oi-mirror-fron…

Pear OS Linux's slogan, "Think Totally Different", doesn't make any sense when you see what the project does: pear-os-linux.fr

I can however choose the address I just entered on the list of its proposals, but why should I do that when I have just entered the address?

via web

Argh, Chrome is broken. When I enter a URL into the address bar and press enter, it insist on loading a URL from the history!

@jogbert I am also thinking of the aspect that the public has voted on the different groups, so apparently people want to listen to them

via web in reply to jogbert

What's up with the UK and girl bands? First Spice Girls then Girls Aloud and now Little Mix? You just can't get enough, huh? :P

@jogbert Yup, they try to get "/gpl" which doesn't exist after the latest rsync cleanup

In email validation mails, why is it there has to be two links one with a nice "title" and the other in plain text? Just skip the first one!

via web

@jennaezarik You are probably happy that there is a roof/floor separating the two of you then. Hopefully that is sufficient.

via web in reply to jennaezarik

@jennaezarik Don't you think he's just a Call of Duty player, who isn't very good at it?

via web in reply to jennaezarik

@jogbert Aren't all stats that? ;)

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert Yeah, can't they just track how many people view their articles, and leave it at that?

via web in reply to jogbert

@jogbert To track your clicks, probably

via web in reply to davsebamse

via web in reply to davsebamse

@juliezangenberg Valgte hæle frem for hvad? Tunger at hoppe rundt på?

via web in reply to juliezangenberg

@troelsnorgaard No, it's for OpenIndiana. We use that for some servers at work. A package system doesn't make much sense in SmartOS, imo :)

I've spent the evening messing around with IPS packaging and repository configuring. It's pretty simple when you get the hang of it :)

I just realized that it's Friday today, the last couple of days I've been living in a time shift it seems, thinking it was a day later.
